My responsibilities include: - Managing daily employee attendance records and monitoring workforce punctuality and absenteeism - Handling employee leave applications and medical certificates (MC), ensuring accurate record-keeping and policy compliance - Supporting and coordinating Kaizen activities aimed at cost reduction, quality improvement, and operational efficiency - Assisting during internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining HR-related documentation and records - Supporting the review, update, and implementation of HR policies and the Employee Handbook to align with company practices and regulatory requirements - Assisting in employee-related matters and HR administrative tasks to promote a positive and productive working environment
