Key Responsibility - manage 70 M GBP spend • Lead end to end global category management to ensure 9% yoy cost reduction. • Bring suppliers’ capability to RnD to achieve innovation and value improvement. • Drive critical procurement projects: cash improvement, commodity tracking mechanism, should cost model, de-risking for critical material, etc. Key Achievements: • Achieved cost reduction for three consecutive years through - Bidding, Game Theory, Mega Supplier Strategy, Complexity Reduction. • Provided support for multiple R&D projects, boosting the market competitiveness of the company’s power brands.

Key Responsibility: 1. Global Category Director (70% time allocation) – manage 100 €M spend • Set up global category management to achieve synergy 7% yoy cost optimization. • Lead a strategic sourcing process for global by aligning with stakeholders. • Strengthen partnership with critical suppliers in China, to drive TCO reduction, supply risk reduction, supply sustainability improvement. 2. China Supply Chain Director (30% time) - manage 50 €M spend, 5 team members. • Lead overall management of China procurement & supply chain organization. • Drive functional excellence Key Achievements: • Successfully optimized global supply chain improved supply chain sustainability. • Promoted supply chain excellence in China market, enhancing supplier performance.

Category Sourcing Manager, Asia Pacific. • Utilize comprehensive category management through strategic sourcing process. • Support all business units and perform as procurement business partner. 2. South East China sites’ purchasing management • Optimize purchasing process and consolidate resources in 9 manufacturing sites. • Lead the implementation of regional sourcing strategy. Key Achievements: • Led Asia Pacific team to achieve technology innovation, driving internal cost savings and enhancing competitiveness. • Led multiple procurement process improvement projects, significantly boosting operational efficiency.

Responsibility: • Analyze market trend for key materials in order to get the best value of purchase. • M&A project: drive materials cost saving during the acquisition of SigmaKalon. • Edit instruction manual of analysis tools and train the buyers across Asia Pacific.

• Sourcing new materials and new suppliers from local market. • Initiate alternative source project for cost saving and single source reduction.
