Manage the dedicated customer’s discrete orders on a daily basis. Just - daily • Fix, and work cross functionally all discrete order blocks in SAP. • Update daily internal discrete backorder report. • Maintain a 100% up to date open order report. • Controls discrete orders to insure 100% on time delivery performance is met. • Communicates order delays and readiness to the customers on a weekly basis. • Works daily with purchasing or logistics to expedite parts as requested by the customer. • Process verbal and written price quotes and special quotes as required. • Manage key customer accounts as assigned.

Below are some of the responsibilities I held within each function Receiving: • Unloads trucks. • Verifies parts. • Receives incoming freight via computer system. Stocking: • Verifies product and quantity going into stock. • Puts product in correct location utilizing FIFO. • Accurately marks overstock and main locations. Order Filling: • Prioritizes orders to be filled. • Fills orders verifying product and quantities are correct. • Routes orders to appropriate shipping or processing area. Packaging: • Verifies product to be packaged is correct. • Packages product in appropriate quantities and containers. • Labels bags/boxes. Shipping: • Verifies product matches order to ship. • Packages order to prevent damage during shipment. • Ships order using appropriate shipping lines. • Loads trucks. Miscellaneous: • Corrects and/or reports any inventory inaccuracy or problem resulting in customer dissatisfaction. • Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of processes as identified.
