Oversee operations of the media revenue department, working closely with other departments to implement and optimize processes. High-level oversight of all media programs to ensure customer satisfaction, process efficiency, product quality, and profitability. As a member of the executive team, review and report media financials and trends, contribute to business plans for future growth opportunities, manage departmental pacing, budgets, and expenses.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales department and sales coordination team. Ensure flawless execution of standard and custom advertising programs including content development, events, and other marketing initiatives . Consistently review and analyze state of revenue and sales pipeline, manage successful internal and external vendor relationships and processes, maintain profit margin expectations on all programs. Assist in developing new programs and cross-departmental processes to increase efficiencies and product quality.

Manage building and executing custom programs involving content development, events, marketing initiatives, video/webinars, etc. Responsible for maintaining acceptable profit margin and vendor relationships. Project management and main point of client contact for up to 50 programs at one time.

Customer service for our top tier of advertising clients. Build client relationships, maintain clear communication, place orders, creative collection and trafficking, campaign analytics, budgetary review. Plan and attend client meetings and entertainment events as needed.

Responsible for processing invoices for pay, balancing and reconciling company CC statements, working to improve and make processes more efficient.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel restaurant and bar and it's staff. Maintain liquor orders and inventory control ratio. As AP Associate, process invoices for pay, maintain on-site "banks", work with all department heads on expenses and budget approvals.

Plan and execute hotel events such as meetings, weddings, conferences, etc. Coordinate between event set-up, food and beverage, outside vendors, sales managers to ensure event runs smoothly and as ordered.
