With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and lifesaving sectors, I am a passionate and dedicated Operations Manager at Desert Falls Waterpark, where I oversee the daily operations of the Waterpark, Resort Beaches / pools and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and safety. I am also a certified Lifesaving Examiner and Instructor, with expertise in boat skipper, CPR, and first aid training. I am driven by the mission of providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests, as well as empowering and developing our team. As an Operations Manager at Desert Falls Waterpark, I am responsible for overseeing the, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and food and beverage departments, as well as coordinating with the sales and marketing teams. I also have input into the budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance aspects of the Waterpark operations. Additionally, I am actively involved in the training and mentoring of the Waterpark staff, as well as the recruitment and retention of the lifesaving volunteers. I have also conducted multiple lifesaving examinations and courses for the Waterpark team, as well. I have demonstrated my skills in boat skipper, CPR, and first aid training, as well as my leadership and communication abilities.
