1996 I founded Eurosimm as an independent distributor of Server and Networking Hardware Solutions. Working closely with leading Distributors and Resllers in the UK and across Europe. We grew from a 2 man team to employing 45 people with a turnover in excess of £38M+ in 2009 before completing an MBO. Experience most angles of running a company from the ground up and overcoming many hurdles in growing business, over the years. Understanding the day to day issues with employees, training, customers, suppliers, banks, accountants, marketing, overheads, cash-flow & margins…….the list goes on. I stayed with the business for a further 4 years a Business Consultant, I just couldn't keep away. Still enjoying a close relationship with the team, they continue to grow from strength to strength I am very proud of the new owners achievements.
