I independently launched and manage a multidisciplinary arts event, Raka, giving me experience in overseeing logistics, coordinating with venues and contributors, supporting live events and managing communications (email, phone and video). This has given me hands-on experience in operations coordination and event delivery - closely matching the responsibilities of supporting facilities requirements checks, supporting campaigns, festivals, pop-ups and and internal industry events and facilities requirements checks for special events and projects

While teaching at April Academy in South Korea, I worked in a highly structured, fast- paced environment supporting intensive academic programmes with tight schedules. This required adaptability, clear communication, and strong coordination - skills that translate directly to supporting onboarding processes, document checks and back- office operations.

Developed a high level of accuracy, structure, and attention to detail. I also managed varied workloads, prioritised deadlines, and maintained precise records using spreadsheets and digital systems.
