Responsibilities Include :- • Worked as a Process/Project Engineer with Lipico Technologies India, Pune (on various projects in India) . • Accountable for calculating B.O.Q. from Drawings, Quotation comparison for the Tenders. • Hands on the Edible Oil Processing, Degumming, Neutralization, Bleaching, Filtration, Deodorization, DF and Winterization. • Commissioned 200 MTD Semi continuous Deodorization fully automated plant with 5 stock change of oil in one day. Its one of the new regime of edible oil refinery. • Commissioned 400 MTD Dry Fractionation plant with capacity of 350 TR Thermax Chiller. • Organize and execute production in-line with planned production schedule during commissioning. • To maintain the parameter to achieve standard specification of Refined oil during commissioning. Working under the guidance of Project Manager, • Coordinating with the project team toward successful and timely completion of project. • Resource planning for the project execution and planning the project schedule as per the deadlines. • Inspection of equipment such as Pressure vessel, Tanks, Plate Heat Exchanger, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Surface Condenser, Pressure Leaf Filter, Pump, Agitator etc. • Coordinating with the Sub contractors and site personnel's during installation, erection, testing and commissioning of the equipment. Worked as a project engineer in Glamptech since March 2013 to August 2015. • Responsibilities include project management, planning, progress monitoring, invoicing, coordination of engineering, procurement and site activities in edible oil industry. • Co-ordinate with Site Engineer for Erection, Pre-Commissioning & commissioning. • Capable of Reading & understanding P&ID. • Good knowledge of Line Sizing , Pump & Heat Exchanger. • Good knowledge and understanding of project execution plan, project procedures, vendors/procurement activities and job close. • Able to perform multitask and work on a number of projects at the same time. • Participating In Kick of Meeting. (MOM’s) & Handling Project Engineering Documents.

• Previously worked with Cipla Ltd, Raigad as a Prod. Engineer from Sept.2011 to Mar 2013. • Responsibilities include, Upgradation of existing product with better quality. • Completely responsible for the stable running of the process • Identify the critical parameters stages of the process • Control & monitor the critical identified process parameters in the process. • Monitoring the operation like Simple Distillation, Vacuum Distillation, Azeotropic Distillation, Liquid-Liquid Extraction, Stripping, Crystallization. • Filtration activity through Sparkler filter, Neutch filter, Buckner filter & Centrifuge. • Drying with Fluidized bed dryer, vacuum tray dryer, Rotocone vacuum dryer.
