Roles and Responsibilities:- *Working on requisitions given to me, Searching the resumes of perfect candidates from the job portals like Monster, Dice and Corp-Corp etc or searching it from our own database. *Cold Calling, Head hunting candidates as per the requirement., Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Screen incoming resumes and application forms and interview candidates via phone / video call. *Interact with candidates on a daily basis. *Extensive experience in preliminary interviewing, screening, short listing candidates with proper rate negotiation to ensure that they meet client’s requirement *Submit candidates based on the requirements – mid, senior management, technical or non-technical requirements. *Involved in full recruitment life cycle for US IT staffing that includes Direct Clients. *Experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality resumes, coordinating with applicants. *Job responsibilities include pay rates and conditions of employment, arranging interviews for applicants, salary negotiation, etc. *Strong in sourcing CV’s on job portals like Dice, Monster, and Internal Databases. *Screening and interviewing candidates and submitting them to Engagement Managers. Pushing for interview, strong follow up on feedback, etc * Negotiating with the candidates/sub vendors having different terms like W2, Corp-Corp, 1099. *Experience with sourcing from Linkedin *Experience with cold calling and mass emailing *Keeping contacts and relationships with Corp-Corp vendors *Networking with sub-contractors and developing the relationship to get quick resumes committed to deadlines and schedules.
