Developing, together with Logistic and Planning manager, the strategy to ensure that the internal and customer needs are meeting. Managing and lead two warehouse teams in our different facilities.

Tracking Asian manufacturing orders for Spanish companies, coordination with customers and suppliers regarding orders specifications, monotoring quality control inspections with the Chinese team, forward coordination for transport execution and delivery. Monthly translation of China Briefing issue from Dezan Shira & Associates. All this, monitoring and verifying the required documentation and giving support information about Asian Markets.
