Handling export documents keep tracking on BL & Re export documents. Coordinating with Shipping line and Shipping agent for Container Booking. Inventory controller & making invoice & purchase order using SAP software. Purchase materials in timely manner and at the lowest cost, contact different suppliers to get their offers, negotiate their prices and payment conditions and accordingly issue purchase orders. Manage and arrange transportation of goods and materials as well as maintain log of dispatches and received items, maintaining proper documentation, delivery notes, and all necessary logistics records, parallel to this. Achieve business objectives for cost reduction without compromising service level/quality. Tracking invoices in consultation with accounts & finance team and ensure that the incoming revenues are secured in time as well as outgoing payments are made on time, without delays or defaults. Follow-up with client for the LPO and payments. Responding to general Email & Telephone enquiries. Perform and participate in other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Lead for the Flight and acted as Shift in Charge ensuring a safe and secure operation of flight departure on or before the scheduled time.  Providing good and satisfactory service to the passengers and maintaining a positive attitude and a professional approach.  Expertise in verification of travel documents (travel and supporting) and identifying forged /counterfeit Passports and Visa.  Profiling the passengers in a diplomatic way, checking the credibility of their travel, and complying with the respective authorities (immigration and customs).  Ensuring a smooth and efficient functioning at Boarding Gate as a Gate Controller  Expertise in error free Check In (NAVITAIRE_TE (Sky-Port)), Reservation, Ticketing, Excess Baggage Collection using Sky Speed, and Baggage Tracing.  Having meeting with airline management for any operational requirement.  Supporting, Motivating and Organizing Passenger Check-in staff.  Training New Joinee / Team whenever required.
