I am leading the efforts for integrating chat and voice AI agents studio offering into the core omni-channel messaging platform.

- Led the backend efforts for a operations management application with tailored interfaces for electricians and administrative staff. Implemented calendar-based booking, absence management and assignment. - Built features for assigning electricians to kiosks across Germany for rollout and maintenance projects, supported by an optimized route-planning engine that matched electricians to locations based on availability and base location to maximize daily coverage and operational efficiency. - Revamped the backend of our AI Concierge platform used to automate enterprise workflows. Implemented a fully self-hosted RAG pipeline to meet strict data-privacy requirements. Enhanced document analysis across ERP/CRM/SAP/Office365 data sources, improved automation to reduce manual workload and errors, and integrated semantic search.

- Worked on a SaaS Web Application with a team of developers following the agile methodologies. - Developed a common Skeleton component and replaced spinners with Skeletons in the whole Application. - Built new features from scratch which includes writing schema and resolvers, building UIs, writing queries, handling edge cases, managing state, etc. - Added new financial charts in the dashboard analytics. - Architected and developed a complex comparison feature for financial charts which allowed data( Revenue, compensations, payroll, expenses, etc.) from 2 different financial scenarios to be compared in a single graph context. - Fixed bugs on the client and server codebase. - Participated in the daily Standups.

Power Walk is an energy-tech startup, centered at NSTP-Islamabad working on renewable sources of energy. The amalgam of engineering & innovation is the core of our products. - Developed and maintained the startup's website consisting of several pages to represent the startup and its products in their true sense.

- Learned Machine Learning fundamentals and PyTorch. - Developed a web companion for servo motors which is a web-based solution for controlling servo motors. - Built a web gazer that allows first to calibrate and then maps the features of the eye to the pixels on the screen to point to the locations where the user might be looking at. It allowed exporting data to an excel file which in turn can be used to study the user behavior.
