I have always wanted to affiliate myself with an organization that would not only help me grow as a professional but also as a person. When I got enrolled in GIKI I had a very clear objective in my mind from the start. I knew that in parallel with the academics, I needed to indulge myself in extra-curricular activities as well. And this decision proved to be quite fruitful for my personal grooming and development. Working in various capacities (Event Coordinator for Farewell, Liaison Head Publicity Head) and being parts of teams such as Media and Sponsorship have inculcated in me invaluable lessons in patience, work ethic, team play and reaction to criticism. I have also been very active in sports, being a permanent part of my University's Football Team. I believe that the experiences that I have had have contributed a lot to my interpersonal growth and have helped me in developing a well-rounded personality.
