Communication through different languages is what fascinates me. I can speak and write 5 languages: Italian, English, German, Tagalog and Japanese. This connection with languages is a fundamental tool, which helps me in my work. I work every day with clients and suppliers from all over the world. And it is not always easy to find an agreement, but this is often facilitated by understanding the language known by both parties. I realized how powerful this capacity is already from my first job as Customer Service at Enda International GmbH (2015-2017), where my only tool was the telephone. I spoke every day with different people for different problems in different languages. This ability of mine has matured even more by working at Unipro, where I not only assisted clients with small problems but where I got in touch with them and followed them in their inquiries and purchases. At Unipro I learned to coordinate the Sales, Purchase and Logistic tasks. The harmony between these 3 sectors guarantees a clean and efficient work, giving the result of a satisfied customer.
