Client- Radial Inc Description-This project involves different QA Cycle validations like Order Services->Create Order, Cancel Order, Order Lookup web services API. Payments Taxes and Fraud (PTF) Web Services Integrations like Address Validation, Standard Payment Authorization (Credit Cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover), PayPal) Taxes and Duties Service. Project also involves EB2C/B2B channel order processing. Responsibilities • Core Team member of the QA team supporting Radial Ecommerce applications at different platforms like EB2C, B2B and Webservice API integration layer. • Perform Smoke, Functional, Regression, E2E, UAT, system integration validation. • Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Case creation and review. • Logging Defects and tracking the same with the development Team for resolution. • Participate in estimation, requirement meetings. • Involved in Partner meetings, Production readiness and validation • Coordinate with different teams for QA Cycle activities. • Responsible for Documentation and play a key role for explaining the features and functionality to team and client. • Mentoring and training team members • Managing onshore/offshore team and assigning tasks to offshore team. • Coordinating with the Offshore team on night calls. Client - USAA Description- This Project involves Validation of banking application components like Credit card Data validation by applying online. USAA has a Credit Card automation section which involves different features of Credit card validation. Responsibilities • Running and maintaining all Bank M&P (Maintenance) credit card scripts through UFT. • Co-coordinating with offshore team on script creation and requirement understanding • Maintaining all script in Asset management tool ALM • Attending Peer Review meetings • Peer Review of code • Conducting Defect triage, scrum meetings. • Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of the project. • Check / Review the Test Cases documents. • Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project. Accomplishments: • Gained knowledge of UFT tools. • Introduced Peer learning session on UFT.

Client - Lego Description- Lego Was designing site for Mobile devices and on browser with responsive web design technique. As part of testing efforts, I need to do E2E validation for mobile sites on real devices and on different browsers and perform the role of QA manager in order to provide estimates, QA process, Test strategy, Task and resource allocation etc. Responsibilities • Lead overall testing for the implementation of a Lego Mobile web and hybrid application major release. • Lego Mobile web and hybrid application validation using iPad mini, iPhone, android Samsung galaxy Real devices. • Strategic leadership role in test design, execution and providing key project deliverables. • Worked on Agile Methodology and made sure each sprint is delivered on time. • Understand, analyze and Review Business requirements, IT Design documents and prepare Test Plans for all assigned project releases. • Created and ensured that all the test cases are updated in the Rally along with the Master test plan. • Conduct scrum of scrum meetings, defect review/triage meeting, QA sprint planning meeting, Task allocation between the entire QA team. • Assessed critical bug fixes including critical fixes and coordinated with developers in release of bug fixes meeting a tight timeline. • Support UAT activities including Test Data preparation based on requirements from Business Users and BA’s. • Accomplishments: Introduced Browserstack tool and validated Lego Mobile site using free version of Browser Stack on different browsers and devices provided by browser Stack.
