- Develop and implement engagement strategies to align partner interests with the Foundation’s mission and goals. - Stay up to date on trends in corporate social responsibility, nonprofit collaboration, and community engagement to ensure the Foundation remains a leader in the space. - Serve as program manager for the annual Fisher Service Awards (FSA) grant competition for nonprofit organizations. - Work with the Joint Chiefs of Staff offices and other military leadership to identify and secure the FSA judging panel and keynote speaker - Represent the Foundation at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote its mission and programs and foster collaboration with local groups and organizations. - Support Community Relations’ efforts to identify new engagement opportunities, local organizations and community influencers to raise awareness about the Foundation’s programs and services in communities with an operational Fisher House.

- Serve as program manager for Fisher House Foundation’s annual award competition to promote the application opening dates, field application questions, manage the online system, vet submitted applications, and prepare application packages for the judging panel. - Secure the judging panel and coordinate the process to include multiple rounds of scoring and discussions. Plan and execute the annual awards ceremony to recognize grant recipients. - Coordinate with the internal Communications team for press and social media releases regarding the grant award program. - Assist with event planning for the annual Fisher House Managers Training and supplemental virtual trainings. Work with the Foundation’s Communications team to collect and organize content from Fisher House managers for The Patriot magazine, e-Patriot, and the Foundation’s social media accounts. - Oversee the annual Fisher House Volunteer of the Year program. - Oversee the annual “A Day in the Life” photo contest.

As a Board Trustee appointed by the Commonwealth of Virginia's Governor Glenn Youngkin, I play a crucial role in governing the foundation, overseeing its strategic direction, and ensuring the effective management of resources to further our mission of supporting Virginia's veterans. I am a part of a dedicated team committed to positively impacting the veteran community in our state. - Provide strategic leadership and governance oversight to the Virginia Veterans Service Foundation. - Ensure adherence to the foundation's mission, values, and legal requirements. - Collaborate with fellow trustees to make informed decisions that benefit veterans. - Support fundraising initiatives and community outreach efforts. - Enhance the foundation's visibility and impact across Virginia.

- Successfully raised $4.6M (cash) during the pandemic, and $2.7M in Planned Giving to support the National Museum of the United States Army; named the Museums top Development Officer in 2019, 2020, and 2021 - Provided support to the Board of Directors, Foundation President, and President of Development/Public Affairs - Developed a customized action plan for highly personalized solicitation of prospects whiling managing an extensive portfolio of prospective donors, to include high profile donors and celebrities - Planned quarterly events for major donors, which consist of designing and distributing invitations, menu selection, program highlights, identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities - Created marketing materials, video productions and recognition programs and created content for the Development Team’s quarterly newsletter, ‘Call to Duty’. - Acted as the primary liaison with the Museum team on coordinating their support for special events to include volunteers, facilities, and security - Devised and executes communications strategies to include development of run of shows, operations orders, etc. to assist with events - Assisted in marketing of special events for the National Museum of the United States as a premier destination for events

- Managed the development, evaluation, and revision of interactive, experiential curricula and training materials for law enforcement audiences on domestic violence/gender bias and a range of intimate partner crimes - Provided classroom instruction on academic subjects centered around crimes against women to Law Enforcement agencies across the country (specializing in domestic violence, strangulation, stalking, identifying the predominate aggressor, implicit bias, and LGBTQ+ rights) - Managed the logistical and programmatic organization of planning meetings consisting of staff, consultants, law enforcement agencies and community partners - Created and supported project outreach, marketing, and information dissemination - Established a strong social media presence across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, increasing traffic within thirty days by 53% - Assisted in the preparation, support, and evaluation of consultants, faculty, and event trainers to include making travel arrangements, arranging travel, assisting with reimbursements in the Concur system, and coordinating consultancy payments
