Hello and Welcome, My Name is Shayne Assaf. Born and raised in Montreal Canada. Bilingual in English and French. University Graduate with 7 years work experience in the Ship Supply Industry. Areas of Expertise: Sales, negotiations, Employee and Project Management, Purchasing, Logistics, ERP System maintenance, P&L statements, HR functions. My Career at Wrist: After completing my Bachelor's Degree in 2014, I immediately started working for Wrist Ship Supply as a sales executive. After one year, I was promoted to Sales Manager. After 2 years, iI was accepted into the "graduate Program" - An internal "fast-track" program within the company with the goal of identifying and hiring university graduates outside and within the Wrist network. The program consists of four, one-week sessions with a external consulting company called "Key Learning". These tranings took place in Denmark with 12 participants selected (out of over 3000 applicats) from all around the world. I was one of the 5 final graduates. In 2017, I was given the reigns of the Montreal Branch with the title of General Manager. During my time with Wrist, I've managed over 20 employees, over 8 million dollars of annual sales, moved the companies physical location, integrated a new ERP system, won several awards, and increase year over year EBITDA by 100% 3 years in a row.
