• Responsible for total human resource functions of SD Motors Singapore companies which is in the business of distribution/ retailing of new cars, pre-owned cars, and vehicle leasing. • Provide HR support and guidance to Thailand office with total headcount of about 700 employees

- Oversee and manage full spectrum of HR function including recruitment & selection, payroll/ personnel administration of about 80 employees, expatriate management, performance management, training & development, annual manpower budget planning and expatriates management. - Oversee office administration and IT matters - Negotiate office lease renewal, employee insurance and vessel insurance renewal - Handled corporate secretarial matters

- Set up HR Department and oversee full spectrum of HR and general administration & IT functions, including corporate administration. - Expatriate management - Negotiate office rental rates, insurance purchase and renewal for new operating outlets

General and corporate administration of the Group of companies; liaised with lawyers, share registrar and corporate secretary on company secretarial, bank and auditors and handled special projects. Responsible for the preparation of Annual Report, AGM/ EGM. Oversee the property and maintenance division, & marketing of office space. Oversee the sales and operations of a subsidiary producing heatsinks.
