Set fundraising goals for each event and worked with donor hosts and co-hosts to achieve them Facilitated each fundraising event for the team which included high profile surrogates and guest speakers Collaborated with the finance director to set event fundraising strategies for our overall finance plan that raised nearly 7 million dollars and broke a Florida state record for 2 million dollars in one quarter Organized and executed a volunteer canvassing program for GOTV that knocked over 5,000 doors in only 4 days

Directed field activities in 11 precincts of Virginia’s House of Delegates District 72 i to support Debra Rodman’s campaign for State Senate and Schuyler VanValkenburg’s campaign for House of Delegated Recruited and maintained 58 regular volunteers in order to expand the campaign's direct voter contact efforts, resulting in over 45,000 canvass attempts in turf by the end of the campaign and 3 full passes of turf during GOTV. Strategically identified and executed events for the candidates to meet with members of the community in order to gain additional support from targeted groups Trained and managed 2 fellows and 5 interns in order to consistently meet and exceed weekly goals that were the highest in the region.

Worked with the Ghanaian Nonprofit Health for the People to provide strategic and logistics planning for 22 participating students from VCU, assisted in the transportation planning of supplies from Richmond, VA to Ghana, Africa, contracted & coordinated Ghanaian physicians to provide medical support as part of the medical brigade mission that serviced over 1000 patients, planned and coordinated hospital visits in Ghana

Became proficient in techniques and management for door to door canvasing, phone banking and text messaging with constituents to recruit volunteers and education residents on special issues in our district, worked with a grassroots campaign for special issues conducting research to encourage conversation and report what issues the party should be focusing on in upcoming local elections.
