* 1-Drive the HR review process to accurately assess talent. * 2-Administer employee surveys & assessments as necessary. * 3-Managing the hiring process to ensure compliance with all applicable law & policy. * 4-Coordinate sourcing and selection of new hires at all locations. * 5-Understand and revise recruiting profiles, workforce planning needs. * 6-Manage all recruiting efforts: identify, interview, survey, and refer applicants for placements. * 7-Work closely with management to understand supply and demand for candidates. * 8-Ensure all Teleperformance policies and procedures are adhered to including but not limited to, Security, HR, Operations, etc, and any known infractions of any of these corporate policies and procedures are communicated to the proper Teleperformance Management immediately. * 9-Identify and implement improvement actions to maximize outputs of the team. * 10-Other duties as assigned.

Directing sales operations between Clients, Managers and call center agents. -Develop cross selling techniques of each customer service-sales representative. -Administer performance management by diagnosing improvement opportunities, providing effective feedback, coaching, training, and professional, development and corrective action plan. -Review business statistics to measure staff performance and the need for improvement & develop KPI’s & reports accordingly to insure Quality Assurance Standards. -Ensure strict adherence to the company policies and procedural guidelines. -Working to ensure my staff has the human and physical resources to undertake their work in an efficient manner that helps in serving better work performance, building good human relations, & creating a congenial and co-operative environment, which help in increasing The Company's productivity.
