As a Moderator, I facilitate learning for students across diverse backgrounds and age groups in a virtual environment. This role enables me to excel in real-time problem-solving, deliver empathetic and effective customer support, and build meaningful connections with learners. My experience here has honed my skills in troubleshooting, customer service, and relationship-building, enhancing the overall learning experience.

I work as a student manager for the university's football program. Within my position, I collaborate with a team to ensure that the needs of our team are met. I employ my communication skills to efficiently facilitate and participate in drills. Managing Inventory and organizing packing for travel. Help oversee the mass distribution of products to members.

As a Residential Assistant at Northwestern University, I played a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive living environment for residents. My responsibilities include: Community Building: Develop and maintain a supportive and engaging community by organizing and facilitating educational and social events that enhance residents’ overall experience. Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts between residents effectively, ensuring a harmonious living environment and addressing concerns promptly. Safety and Compliance: Uphold and enforce university policies and procedures related to residence hall safety and security, including conducting regular inspections and responding to emergency situations. Support and Guidance: Provide academic and personal support to residents, offering resources and referrals to campus services and counseling as needed. Communication: Serve as a liaison between residents and university administration, communicating important information and gathering feedback to improve residential life. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other RAs and residence hall staff to implement programs and initiatives that promote a positive living environment. This role has improved my skills in leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication, and has deepened my ability to build meaningful relationships with a diverse group of individuals.

During my pursuit of a Bachelors of Arts in Neuroscience with a minor in Data Science, I hope to gain meaningful experience preparing me for my next ventures into graduate school and the industries of my interests.
