I founded Shah Mercantile Co. to connect global buyers with agricultural and mineral products from Pakistan. Built the whole thing from the ground up. That meant handling SECP incorporation, FBR and PSW registration, trademark protection, setting up international transaction infrastructure, and managing ongoing bank correspondence. On top of that I built the digital side: website, product listings, social channels, and buyer outreach. What I find valuable about running this company is that it keeps me honest. I'm not just advising other businesses on how to be more efficient. I'm dealing with the same operational challenges myself. Every product line goes through financial evaluation before we commit resources, and I'm gradually bringing in AI tools to help with things like market research and documentation workflows. It's a real business with real complexity, and it makes me a better consultant because of it.

As the co-founder of Enigma Automatix, We help businesses transform their operations through tailored AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, increase ROI, and unlock growth potential. I focus on building the brand, managing client communication, leading outreach campaigns, and maintaining a strong digital presence across our website and social channels. My role also involves working closely with SMEs to understand their unique challenges and then collaborating with our technical team to design automation frameworks that streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enable smarter decision-making. What differentiates my approach is the integration of a finance-driven mindset. Drawing on my background in financial modelling, corporate finance, and business analysis, I assess automation projects with the same rigor used in venture capital and private equity which is evaluating scalability, forecasting long-term returns, and identifying risk factors before execution. This allows Enigma Automatix to not only deliver effective AI solutions but also build systems that position businesses for sustainable growth and investment readiness.

I teach financial modelling, corporate finance, and financial analysis to students and working professionals. The focus is always on practical skills, not theory for the sake of theory. Some of the work I'm most proud of: I mentored a credit analyst at a U.S. bank, training her on company credit evaluation and risk assessment. I've guided students from not knowing how to read a balance sheet to building full financial models on their own. I've also covered U.S. taxation hands-on, where we filed individual and corporate tax returns together in sessions. Teaching has been surprisingly useful for my own work. When you have to break down something like a DCF model for someone who's never seen one, you end up understanding it at a level that most people who just use these models never reach.

Not a theoretical AI degree. This programme is entirely focused on applied AI in business — how to actually deploy AI tools for decision-making, process automation, and strategy. This is where I'm formalising the bridge between my finance expertise and the AI-driven future of business operations.
