Major Results: Led the execution and implementation of MyParker distributor portal, increasing the visibility for Parker’s distributors within the supply chain network. Partnered with several decentralized operating units to provide strategic IT oversight and direction on using data analytics.

Major Results: Led the execution of the organization’s enterprise lean material-handling system (Plan for Every Part) which led to greater revenue and output while reducing inventory expenses by 4%.

Major Results: We overhauled and optimized the IT infrastructure for enterprise collaboration. I served as an advocate for IT and transformed the department into a strategic business partner that supported the enterprise. Planned and executed on-premise to cloud migrations; retiring antiquated infrastructure and saving over $430K in operating expenses. Led initiatives across a broad range of technologies and platforms including Microsoft Azure Cloud, Office 365, SharePoint and Active Directory, reducing business risk and increasing system efficiencies.

Major Results: We instituted an efficient project tracking system by identifying project hours and resource activities as our critical KPI, helping increase on-time delivery to 98%. Managed an application and software portfolio that span several divisions of the Myers companies, for technologies such as Azure cloud, Office 365, SharePoint, JDE, .NET, Active Directory and HRIS. Responsibilities included resource alignment and prioritization (people resources, dollars/funding, project criticality) and communicated rationale back to the business.

Major Results: Steered the implementation and execution of the organization’s global website www.clevelandcliffs.com which features and supports multi-lingual functionality saving the company $300K in consultative and development costs.
