As Senior Vice President & Deputy Head of Group Technology & Operations, I partner closely with the Group CIO to shape and execute enterprise-wide technology strategy while ensuring resilient day-to-day operations. I lead initiatives across digital transformation, AI adoption, and automation to drive workforce productivity and business efficiency, while strengthening governance, cybersecurity, and compliance. My role includes overseeing IT infrastructure and enterprise applications, engaging global technology partners such as AWS, SAP, and Microsoft, and building future-ready teams that align technology investments with corporate strategy and deliver measurable business value.

As Head of Development & Innovation, I lead the Group’s transformation agenda through technology, digitalisation, and AI-driven initiatives. My mandate spans four areas: advancing field operations technology to empower and augment our 16,000+ frontliners; driving back-office digitalisation across corporate highways and office automation to improve efficiency and scalability; leading AI development and deployment to embed data-driven decision-making and foster cultural and organizational transformation; and steering the Program Management Office to provide enterprise-wide governance, alignment, and enablement for strategic initiatives.

As the Head of Digital Transformation & AI at Certis, I lead the organization’s corporate transformation efforts and drive the development of frontier technology capabilities. In this role, I oversee two departments: Group Shared Services (GSS), which focuses on delivering critical business services on group level with efficiency and quality, and the AI Development Group, which pioneers advanced AI adoption and fosters innovation. My work centers on positioning Certis at the forefront of technological advancement while ensuring impactful outcomes for the business and our clients.

Drive digital product design and development for back-of-house services and operations. Create innovative digital services that are human-centric, and deliver applications and platforms that transform the employee journey and experience.

The future for robots is now. We believe the key success ingredient is not to have the most technically advanced machinery, but to make robot work seamlessly within well-orchestrated services and generate lasting impact to our customers.

Chief Architect of corporate back-office digitalisation. Leading and orchestrating group-wide digitalisation initiatives that cover all aspects of end-to-end corporate "highways" that include "hire-to-exit", "procure-to-pay", "lead-to-win", "order-to-cash", etc. The department focuses on transforming the employee experience of global certizens, eliminating waste in manual processes, strengthening internal control and compliance and re-casting the foundational platforms that underpin hundreds of essential corporate processes.

Led the formation and operationalisation of Group PMO. The department oversees Certis' tech/IT programme governance, planning and execution across its global presence, and drives key corporate strategies such as pivot-to-cloud and unified operational platforms. It successfully transformed over 60% of silo-ed front-office systems into unified cloud platform, and delivered over 20 large-scale enterprise systems for Certis' client base in banking, retail, government industries.
