I’m a people-first talent and business leader with a passion for building high-performing teams, scalable organizations, and meaningful career pathways—particularly across healthcare, SaaS, and regulated industries. Currently, I serve as Corporate Recruiter within the health-tech space, where I partner closely with executive leadership to design hiring strategies, scale teams, and align talent with business outcomes. My work spans full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, compensation strategy, and organizational design—often within complex, compliance-driven environments such as specialty pharmacy, patient-support services, and healthcare technology. I’m also an Adjunct Professor of Business at Avila University, where I teach courses in Business Careers and Business Communications. In the classroom, I focus on practical, real-world application—helping students strengthen their professional presence, communication skills, ethical decision-making, and career readiness.
