PAE is a global leader in providing operational support and logistics to the U.S. government, allied nations, and international aid organizations. Under the USAID Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA), PAE played a critical role in combating the Ebola outbreak in Liberia by rapidly mobilizing over 1,600 personnel to deliver operations, logistics, and medical support for nine Ebola Treatment Units (ETUs) and one field hospital across the region. Oversaw and guided HSQE Representatives across seven sites throughout West Africa, ensuring consistent implementation of health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. Conducted regular HSQE audits as per the approved audit plan, identifying performance gaps and ensuring compliance with both corporate and client (DOD/USAID) requirements. Led incident and near-miss investigations, performed root cause analyses, and ensured timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
