As a Wireless Engineer for Radio Network Planning (RNP), these are my responsibilities; 1) Perform comprehensive RF planning and design for GSM, UMTS, LTE, and NR technologies covering new site rollouts, network expansions, and upgrades. 2) Use RF planning tools (e.g., QGIS, Wins Cloud Unet, RND, Google Earth Pro, Microsoft Excel) to: - Conduct link budget analysis - Analyze MIMO schemes - Predict coverage - Plan capacity - Design frequency plans 3) Identify optimal site locations and configure antenna parameters, including type, height, azimuth, and tilt, to meet both coverage and capacity targets. 4) Prepare, present, and defend proposal reports while ensuring alignment and collaboration with key stakeholders such as Product Managers, Delivery Engineers, and Sales Engineers. 5) Maintain strong technical knowledge in areas such as Antenna radiation patterns, MIMO technologies, Carrier aggregation, Super uplink, Network slicing, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), Duplex modes, OFDM/OFDMA, Modulation and coding schemes (MCS), Link budget methodology, Network architectures, Beamforming, Electronic mapping and clutter loss, and Terminal MIMO designs. 6) Digital Indoor Solutions (DIS) for indoor coverage. Notable projects completed/involved: - Network Insights for SIMBA, Singapore. - STC (Saudi) New Spectrum Planning. - Network Insights for Etisalat for 12 Middle East Countries. - Network Planning for Zain (Saudi) Sub 1G. - Network Planning for Iraq.

1) Providing offsite and onsite support for routine servicing, troubleshooting, start-up, and commissioning of products. 2) Supporting both hardware (batteries, screen, etc.) and software issues (X-Shell, Keenon Cloud, Keenon Peanut App). 3) Offering backup for after-sales support activities. Conducting project testing and commissioning with customers. 4) Coordinating work for projects. 5) Providing technical advice to the sales team, customers, and contractors on installation requirements. 6) Tested robots (not launched in Malaysia market), giving feedbacks and comments to headquarters in China. 7) Acquired testimony from the managing director.

- Promotes traditional chinese herbs to customers to achieve daily sales target. - Obtained the best promoter award for the highest number of sales of hampers. - Assist and entertain customer’s request. - Calculates total daily sales.

- Maintaining stocks in the shop. - Was offered to be store supervisor (by upper management) if I continued working. - Assist customers in finding products or if there’s any enquiry.

Awarded Best Student Project Awards (FYP) - Design and develop autonomous artificial intelligence (AI) delivery robot for medical centre.
