* Work closely with the President of a directional drilling service company to promote and educate new clients on our services available * Design marketing material for existing products and new products in our services offered * Work out profit/loss projections for long term projects locally and internationally * Build, submit, and present bids for securing contracts with new and existing clients * Manage the daily operations of maintaining equipment, supplies, and personnel in the field * Operated our equipment in the field to secure future work

* Coordinate the day to day operations of directional drilling consultants, employees, equipment, supplies, and third party services to field jobs with customer service and safety as my highest priority * Proficient with multiple computer operating systems including but not limited to SAP, Microsoft XL, Mac OS, and Windows * Work closely with the Sales department and Operations to ensure a fluid working environment * Managed in excess of 30 active jobs daily

* Operate and maintain inventory of motors and down hole tools on location * Advise Geologists and Well Site Supervisor on directional operations, good practice, problems and solutions * Interpret surveys and coordinate with Geologists and Well Site Supervisor to maintain and or change well path * Follow safety rules and regulations outlined by Phoenix Technology as well as drilling contractor * Record operational data with a thorough understanding of WinSurv Prepare BHA and supervise the make up and break down of tools * Train new staff

* Maintain and update parts requisition list daily * Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly rig inspections are performed Involvement with pre-crew change, pre-job, JSA's, hot and confined space safety meetings as well as coordination of the rig crews, typically four crews * Complete and submit tower sheets and morning reports, while coinciding with oil company time break down * Update maintenance report and service maintenance schedule *Adherence to environmental and other government laws and policies * Handled high frequency of well control issues.
