Responsible for overall recruitment strategy and assignments for Asian offices, includes executive search, experienced hire and campus recruitment. Now more focus on talent acquisition for China Consulting chapter since the team has been restructured. Partner with Regional HRD on Talent Development strategy and activities for Asian offices, has led and organized 17 internal training sessions, 2 project sharing sessions and 8 new hire orientation in 2023. Acting as the HRBP for Consulting Chapter (Data Consultant/Data Scientist/Data Software Engineer) in China since the beginning of year 2023. Partnering closely with the business stakeholders, own the employee lifecycle and ensure employees have been taken good care of from HR perspective.

Mar 2021 - Aug 2021 Responsible for the overall recruitment activities for the Commercialization Department (around 200+ employees includes Product Team, Operation Team, R&D Team and Business Intelligence Team); Completed 92% of the recruitment needs for the department (30+ positions), included two senior positions; also led the campus recruitment for the department.
