Shawn Ching

As a Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from INTI International University & Colleges, I have been working as an AMHS Engineer at Micron Technology since October 2020. My core competencies include manufacturing processes, visual basic, and root cause analysis. In my current role, I lead and supervise a team of technicians, coordinate daily and weekly tasks, and perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting for the production line. I also design and implement improvement projects and solutions to meet and exceed departmental KPI goals. Additionally, I have completed a Cybersecurity Bootcamp from Vertical Institute, which has enhanced my knowledge and skills in data security and protection. I am motivated by challenging and dynamic work environments, and I value collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and contribute to the success and growth of the organization.
