Responsible for the planning, directing, execution and evaluation of customer service efforts that will exceed overall retention, growth and profitability objectives. Manage the daily route execution, customer service issues, customer visitation programs, and the development of the branch customer service team. Oversee the efficient management and quality of customer service with a focus on maintaining a high level of customer retention and revenue growth from existing customers.

Responsible for market penetration of rental and direct sales products within existing customer accounts. With a thorough understanding of the product line, I provide a high level of sales and service support to the Account Management Team, identify and provide timely and profitable solutions to our diverse customer needs, focus on establishing and retaining key customer relationships and look to build an optimal level of satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities included customer retention, customer satisfaction, customer visitations and revenue growth. Managed and trained a team of Customer Sales Representatives in the day-to-day delivery and sales of our products and services. For two years I managed a satellite profit center where responsibilities included the management of Customer Sales Representatives, Corporate Salesman, and office staff.
