Shauna Shapiro, PhD, is a professor, clinical psychologist, best-selling author, and internationally recognized expert in mindfulness and compassion. She is ranked sixth globally by Google Scholar for her lifetime scientific impact in mindfulness and has published over 150 peer-reviewed papers and three critically acclaimed books, translated into 19 languages.
