* The assembly and testing of fuel and hydraulic valves, manifolds and actuators. * The strip and re-build of valves/ manifolds for service and reworks for rectification.

* The build of two bespoke AW159 Lynx Wildcat aircrafts to be used as simulators and trainers for the Royal Navy and Army. * The fabrication of parts from drawings. * Modification of the airframe to enable correct installation of bespoke items. * Providing solutions to problems arising from such bespoke airframes.

* Installing the Merlin VVIP Aircraft interior. * Preparation of various panels, cabinets, overhead bins and seats prior to fitment. * Modifying various panels, cabinets, overhead bins and seats to drawing amendments.

* Pre-pregnated carbon fibre lay-up for the A350 and A400M wing spars. * Assembly of the additional wing components to the spars.

* Using SAP and Teamcenter to ensure bills of materials, drawings and associated documentation are correct and up to date to ensure operational data readiness. * Using Microsoft Office to document processes, track changes and present work to the key stakeholders. * Gathering information from a variety of different sources and locations into 1 convenient location to ease the burden on the manufacturing and design process. * Managing workload to meet tight deadlines.

* Working alongside Rolls-Royce to provide In-Service support, as part of the engine management program, for a large fleet of Civil Aero gas turbines. * Receiving requests to change various engine manuals. * Investigating if requested changes are valid. * Gaining the approval from all the relevant specialists. * The modification and updating of engine manuals across the Rolls-Royce range of gas turbine engines. * The publishing of engine manuals. * Managing workload to meet tight deadlines. * Ensuring workload remains within the contracted budget.

* Responsibilities included: * The completion of various trials and modifications on AH-64 Apache, Lynx, Sea King, Merlin and Chinook Aircraft to meet strict demands and deadlines. * The daily running and maintenance of the Rotary Wing Test Pilots Gazelle Aircraft. * The depth servicing of the Empire Test Pilots' Schools Lynx and Gazelle Aircraft, including airframe, engine, transmission, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * The daily running and maintenance of the Empire Test Pilots' Schools Lynx, Gazelle and Augusta 109 Aircraft. * Aircraft ground movement and marshalling. * A secondary role within the Mk 3 Chinook Reversion Project.

* Responsibilities Included: * The major depth servicing of Gazelle Aircraft. * The Supervision of the workforce. * Ensuring the aircraft were safe and fit to fly. * The completion of all the associated documentation to the work done, which included signing and over signing for the work, and tool control.

* Responsibilities Included: * Ensuring that the Army's fleet of aircraft was safe to fly. * Inspection, repair and maintenance of the airframes, gas turbine engines, transmission, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on the Army's AH -64 Apache, Lynx and Gazelle helicopters. * The correct installation of armaments and pyrotechnics. * The maintenance of various ground support equipment. * The accurate completion of all the documentation associated with the maintenance of the aircraft systems.

* The depth servicing of AH-64 Apache Aircraft up to 600hrs, including airframe, engine, transmission, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * The daily running and maintenance of the AH-64 Apache flight line. * Pre and Post desert operations on the AH-64 Aircraft.

* Product management and improvements. * Creation and implementation of new products.
