I’m now open to new opportunities where I can bring my operational experience, leadership skills and strong work ethic to a new challenge within warehouse or distribution management.I’m an experienced warehouse operations leader with over 13 years in distribution and logistics, currently working as a Department Manager at Asda. During my time in the industry, I’ve progressed from Warehouse Operative through to leadership roles, giving me a strong understanding of both the operational and people management sides of warehouse environments.In my current role I manage large teams across multiple departments, ensuring daily targets, KPIs and service levels are consistently achieved while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. I’m experienced in leading fast-paced operations, managing performance, and supporting teams to deliver results in high-volume distribution centres.I have hands-on experience with warehouse systems including Manhattan, Citrix, GLS and Excel, and I’m confident working with data, productivity targets and operational planning to drive improvements across a department.
