Located within my hometown, Prime Building Consultants Limited was established in 1993 as a multi-disciplinary professional practice providing comprehensive architectural and surveying services. Shortly after completing the first year of my degree, I wanted to gain some experience of working in practice. I worked alongside a team of experienced individuals looking to improve the urban context of Maidstone Town Centre. The final project was later exhibited alongside proposals that looked at other areas of the town that had to potential to be redeveloped.

Primarily a member of the Commercial team, working on a range of projects including the redevelopment of a vacant office building comprised of two 9 storey blocks into a residential complex able to accommodate 95 luxurious one and two bedroom apartments. I also attained experience working alongside the Residential team, this included new builds, contemporary extensions and internal alterations. My main roles were to produce architectural drawings CAD, create 3D visualisations and produce professional documents to represent various schemes.
