AFG Plant Manager , Cinnaminson NJ /Float Glass Led start up of mothballed 600 ton float furnace. Design and rebuild of new furnace , batch house, cold end and complete automation of packing on line. Responsible for overall operation of plant including production, quality, safety, budgeting, training, ISO, and hiring of employees in a non union plant.
