CBM Engineer • Managing plant inspections activities and measuring point database. • Managing planning & preparation activities, and follow up with the planning engineers. • Managing and follow up (SRs, WOs, PRs and POs) for the plant equipment spare parts. • Communicate with the plant departments (production, mechanical and electrical) to covering the plant troubleshooting in the meeting. • Create Work Requests after inspection for Maintenance teams. • Managing the Online Work order system, to maintain the work orders and work execution history. • Managing kiln shutdown time frame & scheduling activities. • Vibration data collection with VIBROTEST 60 by using XRM software for Analysis. • Follow up safety issues and take proper actions for any unsafe conditions. Reliability Engineer • Performance optimization of existing plant equipment’s. • Responsible to create Plant Monthly Performance Report. • Keeping records for the important indicators, Key performance Indicators. Mechanical Planning Engineer • Planning & Preparation for Plant Spare Parts to Keep the Equipment’s running. • Follow the Inspection Work Orders. • Create the Purchase Requests and Follow with the Procurements. • Study the Technical Offers and Make the Technical Acceptance. • Prepare the Plant Annual Budget and Procurement plan. • Prepare the Plant Monthly Report for Inventory KPIs. • Study to Reducing Store Value without Effect at our Production. • Item Master File Responsibilities, Create New Codes With the Universal Sequences Using ORACLE Application. Plant IMS Coordinator. Responsible for all types of audits and to keep updated all Internal auditors.

Vibration Analysis; • Expert knowledge of Condition Monitoring, Vibration Analysis, Dynamic Balancing, Infra-red Thermography, Laser Alignment, On-site Steam traps assessment and Air Leakages detection. • Defines band alarms setup for immediate identification of fault condition while data collection prior to analysis to get an immediate overview, also defines envelope alarms for bearing fault detection. • Familiar with the SKF tools for vibration analysis CMVA 60, CMVA 65, GX, AX all type of vibro meters. • Ability to write concise and meaningful inspection reports. Laser Alignment; • Laser alignment with the Fixture laser Shaft 200/X2A, TMEA 1, TMEA 2, Rota Align, Wireless TKSA 80. • Laser alignments of rotary equipment’s, including steam turbine, power boat CAT engines, and high speed compressor shafts. SKF TMEB1 for belt alignment. Apply Tri-point method, Clock method, of Laser Alignment and utilize them as per application requirement. Thermography • Having a knowledge of emissivity, level, span and reflective temp I sets up thermal imager for thermography survey of electrical panels having breakers, contactors, bus-bars etc. to identify the loose contacts, component damage, phase load imbalance and design faults. • Switchyard/grid station thermal inspection also a part of my job to overcome the risk of electrical hazards to ensure safety and reduce power losses. Air Leakages detection. • Managed to use the ULS gun to spot out the position of compressed air using SKF Inspector 400. • As per requirement I use to have boroscopy to take images and videos of compressors and gearboxes internal assembly to check for any internal damage.
