In my role as a MEL Advisor (TB) at Management Sciences for Health in India, I provided technical support to assess partner performance, conducted routine M&E activities, and designed innovative projects to engage the private sector in ending TB.

In my role as a Consultant - Data Analyst at SHARE INDIA, I managed a team of State level Data Analysts for a CDC funded project in New Delhi, India. I was responsible for capacity building, quarterly data analysis, and ensuring accurate reporting for state-wise performances and international meetings. Through my leadership, we were able to drive data-driven strategies to improve project outcomes and facilitate decision-making processes.

In my role as a State Public Health Consultant for the Government of Andhra Pradesh, I executed the NCD survey, supported the implementation of NCD clinics, and established a Tele-Medicine network, setting a record for achievement.

As the Assistant Program Officer & Epidemiologist at the Government of Andhra Pradesh, I led the implementation of the National TB Elimination program, achieving the state's top ranking in national targets. I served as the Nodal Officer for the Prevalence Survey and Surveillance mechanisms, ensuring data accuracy and program success.

Occupational Health Nurse at Apollo Life in Hyderabad, India, I was responsible for providing essential health care services to Microsoft employees. I conducted health assessments, administered primary care, and promoted a culture of wellness within the workplace.
