About Dataswarm: Operating in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Dataswarm is a data labelling company that provides solutions to clients across the world who are looking to train, improve or customize their machine learning model. Key Responsibilities: -Brought in to develop in-house training capabilities as part of the company's growth strategy. -Recruited to spearhead the implementation and operationalization of a time-sensitive project aimed at developing and maintaining web scrapers for a real estate client. -Accomplished the recruitment of 20 agents possessing specialised technical skills within an impressive 3-week timeframe. -Successfully executed an expedited training program that enabled new recruits to quickly acclimate to the tools and standards required to deliver the desired output, even in the face of constantly evolving requirements. -Oversaw daily operations, including performance and quality tracking, while ensuring the achievement of regular targets. Implemented a structured approach within the team, resulting in enhanced output and the promotion of internal supervisors. -Successfully completed a project, meeting all the designated milestones and exceeding the target by delivering 90% of the project on time and achieving 95% quality targets.

About Alegion: Alegion provides a bridge to Artificial Intelligence (AI) for enterprises by delivering scalable, on-demand, human and machine intelligence. The Alegion platform collects, categorizes, tags, and annotates training data for machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision projects. Alegion also provides content moderation, sentiment analysis, and data enrichment services. Key Responsibilities: -Trained a team of 4 Training Associates to develop the necessary skills to independently handle internal stakeholders, effectively manage expectations, and carry out daily tasks with autonomy. -Integrated the Quality Analyst team into the training team to improve the continuous improvement feedback loop to optimise training and enablement efforts while preemptively identifying issues relating to quality and/or performance. -Collaborated closely with the Product team to implement tooling enhancements that benefit multiple user groups, resulting in increased efficiency and improved profit margins. -Developed prototypes of LMS tooling (Moddle and TalentLMS), and utilised authoring tools like Articulate 360 to enhance the user experience of creating and accessing training materials. -Highly engaged in RACI and process improvement initiatives, consistently evaluating and analysing the existing structure to identify areas for enhancement. -Played an integral role in achieving a revenue growth rate of 81% within two years, where the revenue increased from $1.8 million to $5.9 million. Additionally, I contributed to an 8% improvement in gross margin during this period.

Key Responsibilities: -Brought in to develop in-house training capabilities as part of the company's growth strategy. -Developed and implemented instructional design and training methodology, which included introducing new tools (GSuite & Webinar tooling), various templates across tools, and training processes integrated into the Customer Success project lifecycle. -Built instructional documents, supplementary materials, e-learning modules, as well as audio-visuals materials for training workforces on the annotation of data for a wide spectrum of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning applications across various industry verticals. -Worked closely with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that solutions and client requirements were reasonably attainable with the existing workforce infrastructure and staffing constraints. -Tasked with setting up a team of 4 to fulfil training and asset development functions, as I focused on overall process, staffing assignments, metrics tracking, and continuous improvement. -Successfully contributed to the growth of revenue from $1.6 million to an average of $2.3 million annually over a 2-year period, even amidst the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, we were able to achieve a commendable 20% improvement in gross margin during this time.

About Crowdsourcing Asia: Crowdsourcing Asia was part of a Malaysian Government initiative known as eRezeki where the goal was to allow Malaysians to earn part-time income by performing online data labeling work. With the help of eRezeki centers across Malaysia, Crowdsourcing Asia provided training and workforce solution to organizations that need data labeling solutions Key Responsibilities: -Hired to service the MDEC e-Rezeki programme aimed at increasing the income of the B40 economic group in Malaysia. -Designed, built and managed training assets and overall processes for the 12 designated e-Rezeki training centres to utilise over the course of the 2-year engagement. -Played a key role in driving implementation of the programme with 12 pre-identified training centres to execute the training programme. -Supported the centres in their onboarding, management, and continuous improvement of the 300 plus trainees in undergoing the programme and achievement programme objectives. -At the end of the programme, the objectives were surpassed, where I played a key role in onboarding more than 5,000 B40 workers, with >70% earning regular income.

About Erican: Erican Language Centre provides language training for learners from young kids up to adults. All lessons are taught according to the Common European Framework (CEFR) and students are prepared to sit for the Cambridge English Examination upon completing their levels. Key Responsibilities: -Designed, developed and operationalized Cambridge English for Schools programme across 5 schools in the Klang Valley that ran successfully for 4 years. -Built a team of 12 teachers and managed operations for the Cambridge English for Schools programme, achieving 100% retention and supported enablement and development activities for the teachers. -Achieved a pass rate of 98% over 4 years with a total of 1,200 students passing the Cambridge English Exams, outperforming the annual target of 80%. -Designed and created Cambridge English activity books for the Erican Holiday Programme, aimed at students between the age of 7 to 17, enhancing their vocabulary and writing skills over the school holidays. -Trained the teachers, supervisors and centre managers across Malaysia on how to promote and teach the Erican Holiday Programme that resulted an ~20% year-on-year increase in sign ups for the programme. -Designed tracking processes, which included progress reports, lesson plans and teaching modules across all the Cambridge English language programmes ran at Erican.

About Malvern International College: Malvern International College (formerly known as Kasturi College International) was formed in 1988 to provide superior learning experience and nurture students to become independent and life-long learners. Malvern has global operations: besides Kuala Lumpur, it also operates in London and Singapore. Key Responsibilities: -Permanent teaching staff for diploma and certificate students in English and Business communication modules delivered via lectures and tutoring sessions for up to 30 persons per class. Responsibilities included creating quizzes,administering progress tests and end-semester assessments. -Lead the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) accreditation process that resulted in successful accreditation of all running certificate and diploma programmes (3 certificate, 6 diploma). -Played a key role in developing 3 new diploma programmes as part of the college's expansion plans from syllabus design to eventual approval from MOHE.
