About
Over the past 16 years, I have worked in the field of Health and Wellness. As founder and co-owner of Leading Edge Physical Therapy in Castle Pines, I served as Manager of Operations and developed a yoga program supporting mental and physical health and well-being. We sold the clinic in 2016 and I went on to form Purple Lotus Wellness Yoga in 2017 to guide this specialized yoga program and facilitate strength, healing, rejuvenation and empowerment. In 2020, I founded it's sister foundation, Purple Lotus WARRIOR Yoga, a nonprofit 501c3 organization, established to support mental health and aid in the prevention suicides of Retired/Disabled Fire Fighters, Healthcare Workers, Veterans and Teenagers.

Founded and co-owned this successful physical therapy clinic. I acted as the Operations Manager and ran most aspects of the business until we sold it in 2016. Responsibilities included overseeing all operations. This included reception duties, answering calls, scheduling appointments, data entry, verifying insurance, marketing, advertising, managing aide staff, maintaining staff schedules, hiring and firing of staff, payroll, managing accounts payables and receivables. I gained my initial 200 HR certification as a Yoga Instructor during this time to aid in patient recovery.
