Responsible for driving a consolidated strategy in Ops Tooling for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and broader Oracle engineering and support communities. Leader of a global engineering team of 70 responsible for delivering scalable and resilient tooling capabilities.

As one of the earliest leaders on the Oracle IT Accelerated Cloud Enablement tiger team, I was responsible for delivering DevOps automation and management tools that helped expedite DevOps adoption and cloud migration by service teams.

Progressive engineering leader roles as manager, senior manager and director. Responsible for tooling and automation for managing Oracle’s global network, data centers and security operations. Drove product strategy, roadmaps & execution. Managed a global team of 30+ delivering a portfolio of tools including Oracle Global Monitoring Portal, Data Center Monitoring, Network Configuration and Change Management, Network device and flow Monitoring, Security Incident and Event Management, Centralized Logging, Intrusion Detection and Protection, Firewall Management, WiFi Management, SBC Monitoring etc.

Led management of multiple Oracle Enterprise Manager environments for Global IT and Oracle On Demand (Outsourcing) group. Managed Software Configuration Manager tool for Oracle On Demand customers and migrated primary customers to Subversion.

Delivered on-site support to Oracle premium/Gold customers in the San Francisco Bay, such as Wells Fargo Bank, Charles Schwab. Primary duties include customer liaison and technical consultation.

Led software development projects for investment management systems, approximately 46 billion assets under management.

Designed and developed a new subsystem under Ontario’s Land Index Systems which manages all land and water areas in Ontario with approximately 1 million records.

Led design and development of information management systems for Guangzhou City’s cable TV network and Video on Demand Subscriber Pilot.
