Led hands-on ME design projects in the healthcare, security, and communication industries. Contributed to the initial concept of market needs, R&D, and project management. Collaborated with HW & Software Engineers, Product Managers, ID Designers, Certification, Quality, and Business Development teams. Managed design and production sub-contractors. Managed the process of turning ideas into final products with a focus on creativity and problem-solving. Completed mechanical design of all product parts and system requirements. Conducted testing, certification, quality assurance, and managed the transition from concept to production.

Oversaw all aspects of product development, from initial product definition to manufacturing technology selection and assembly. Implemented controlled manufacturing plans to ensure quality standards were met and managed contract manufacturers during the transfer to production process. Responsible for managing work plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely project delivery. Led continuous improvement and cost reduction projects across the company's products, including capnography monitors, modules, and consumables. Selected appropriate manufacturing technology to improve manufacturing processes and yield, ensured regulatory requirements were met for material selection, and reviewed mold designs for optimal design and mold flow analysis.

Led mechanical design projects from concept to final product in a startup environment. Served as Product Manager, collaborating with customers, marketing, sales, and support teams. Successfully managed the first product implementation in Israel.

Led the development of rubber and plastic products across various industries, including personal protective equipment, automotive, military, water technology, solar and environmental products, medical applications, and aviation. Specialized in elastic and plastic materials, with extensive experience in designing shock absorbers, rubber seals, and rubber gaskets. Maintained a focus on creating innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and meet the highest industry standards.

Hands on product design with expertise in long fiber composite materials for the defense, medical, and civil industries, specializing in mold design and construction, raw material selection, and production processes. Utilized expertise in Resin Transfer Molding, Resin Infusion, and Vacuum Bagging to develop high-quality products that met industry standards.
