My career began as a behavioral therapist at an NGO, driven by a desire to make a positive impact. Through helping others, I experienced significant personal growth, learning that true fulfillment comes from compassion and contributing to others' well-being. As a TABP and HRBP, I approach my responsibilities with dedication to both my team and clients. Building partnerships is central to my HRBP role, promoting collaboration and driving success through people-centric strategies.
