Role involves supervised Clinical work, delivering CBT and counselling at the general psychiatry outpatient and in-patient facility. Clients with anxiety disorders, OCD and depression are referred for counselling. Notably, the role has provided opportunities to work with clients with greater severity, including those in the inpatient facility. The role also involved structuring the case documentation policies and workflow of a multi-clinician private counselling centre, associated with the clinic.

- ABA tutored a young girl with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and complex needs. (2h x4 days/week) - Worked with a Child Autism UK-Case manager and the client to appraise progress, timelines and set appropriate goals and direction of therapy.

- Managing Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts - Producing content, and scheduling posts minimum of 8 posts per week, towards meeting targeting and positioning goals.

Contributed to research and compilation of Chapter 11 of the second edition of the textbook Development through adulthood, by Dr Oliver Robinson. Chapter 11 explores common health conditions and diseases from an epidemiological, developmental psychological lens. My role involved assisting the author with compiling information from current research and bringing up to date, the information presented in the chapter.

- Product design: Developed a range of pre-combined preparations that were most frequently used in the clinic, reducing labour costs and increasing time efficiency. - Pioneered provision of accurate measurement spoons with the product, for powdered preparations in the Siddha industry. - Closely worked with technicians in crafting signature fragrances for TUYA range of cosmetic products. - Service design: worked with experienced Panchakarma therapists in our clinics to develop a standardised SOP for therapies, which is also used for training new recruits. - HR: Was involved with sourcing in-house workers during the lockdowns, which enabled continuous production to meet existing orders and increased demands.
