Projects • Tauhara Geothermal Power Station, Refining Tank Refurbishment, Fonterra Chilled Water Projects, DIALOG Fitzroy Limited New Zealand, 2022 – Handled complete recruitment process for international projects that involved hiring of 35 candidates for various positions like Foremen, Welders and Fitters. • Overseas Manufacturing Johor Sdn Bhd, Tebrau Industrial Estate, Johor Bahru – Managed the hiring for Production Engineers and Document Controllers for the Fabrication Shop. • Young Engineer Program – Managed and coordinated the recruitment process for the entire program. Assisted alongside with hiring managers to select the finest 14 engineering graduates to be part of the program. • Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) Services for Melamine Plant for Petronas Chemicals, Gurun Kedah – Assisted in the hiring process of HSE Supervisors, QAQC Inspectors and Project Engineers to be part of the project.
