Liaison and coordination with other telecom operators (Mobile operators, PSTN, ICXs, IGWs, IIG, IPTSPs) regarding interconnection issue and interconnection billing issues. Prepare reports regarding interconnection receivable and payable with other operators and follow-up with the operators for timely payment. Risk analysis of interconnection revenue collection perspective and forecast interconnection revenue and expenses. Calculate quarterly spectrum charge and maintain relationship with the regulator (BTRC) regarding payment of spectrum charges and revenue sharing. Coordinate with other departments within the company to implementation of BTRC directives and ensure BTRC compliance. To curve illegal VoIP work together with the regulator and other operators. Also responsible for updated regulator (BTRC) regarding Bangla link activities to curve illegal VoIP. Drafting and reviewing documents regarding interconnection billing, review interconnection agreements from regulatory perspective, coordination with operators regarding SLA and interconnection agreement. Manage activities of SIM Box detection Project on behalf of all operators. Coordinate with different Govt. offices i.e. BTRC, BTCL, BOI, and Ministry for NOC, permission & licensing issue. Obtain and renewal of required Licenses for the company. Communicate with Law enforcing agency (LEA) for LI support.
