* Run and maintain a productive stock room. * Organize and shift product in clothing bays as it is followed in order by department numbers. * Take in and process shipment 4 days a week. (40+ boxes a day) * Processing procedure: Audit 5 random boxes, open shipment, sensor clothes, hang, put in steamer, push out to sales floor for sale. * Replenish product on sales floor. * Manage the product on sales floor so that all sizes are presented for customers. * Stock checks. * Push back stocked product out to sales floor so that stock room does not become over stocked. * Send out store transfer's as well as take in store transfers. * Manage store price points and promos. * Manage red line, mark downs, also mark ups. * Work with visual team for monthly floor sets.

* Manages stock discrepancies, mismates, flow of stock in and out of the stock room * Manages & delegates the entire process of receiving shipments, inbound & outbound transfers and cycle counts * Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal * Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, stocked and reflects the correct visual image at all times * Accurately ship/transfer merchandise to other locations/warehouse/vendors as directed * Planning, Organizing, and Executing * Maintain stockroom organization * Identify and re-ticket product that is available for a price reduction * Educate, coach and mentor the team based on their individual strengths, and opportunities needed. * Provides coaching and feedback when necessary and address performance/disciplinary action when required * Educate, train and reinforce brand standards, company policies and procedures * Plan and prioritize task and responsibilities to meet the needs of the business * Willing to assist customers and/or support team as needed to create an exceptional customer experience
