Over the past 10+ years as cofounder of Fooyo, I’ve dedicated myself to helping industries navigate the journey of digital transformation. With a background in AI, databases, and data platforms, I focus on bridging business challenges with innovative, data-driven solutions. At Fooyo, a B2B smart solution company in Singapore, we believe business should be simple, smart, and sustainable. Our name—Fooyo, meaning floating in the water—reflects our vision: empowering businesses to flow smoothly, adapt with agility, and thrive in an ever-evolving world. As a solution consultant and tech enabler, I see technology not as a buzzword, but as a tool for real-world impact. As a partner at Notellect, I help drive the mission to empower data analysts and engineers with Agentic AI tools that make it easier to write, transform, and analyze data—faster, more accurately, and with complete transparency. Notellect is committed to delivering data accuracy while keeping users in control, helping businesses unlock the full potential of their data.

As the technical project manager for a large-scale government initiative, I led two engineering tracks comprising more than 20 engineers across six countries. I collaborated closely with Business Analysts to gather and clarify requirements, partnered with the project lead and solution architect to design the overall system architecture, and drove delivery through agile project management.

I started my career as a software engineer at Visenze. I joined during its Series A stage. Now it was acquired by Resolve AI, NASQAQ: RZLV. It was my first formal startup job in an AI image processing company, where I had the opportunity to work with product designers, AI scientists, business executives, and follow developers and build a Visual Search SaaS platform. This experience allowed me to deepen my understanding of AI-powered solutions and develop scalable software products in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

As a Computer Engineering student at the National University of Singapore (NUS), I explored diverse areas of computer science, from data systems and algorithms to AI and robotics. I was deeply inspired by the legendary CS3216 and CS3217 courses led by Prof. Ben Leong, which fueled my passion for solving real-world problems through technology. I also worked with Prof. Anthony Tung on text annotation search and mining, and interned in a robotics lab by Prof. Sam Ge, focusing on 3D trajectory simulations for BigDog quadruped robotics. Through Google Summer of Code, I completed two open-source internships, collaborating with global teams to build scalable, impactful software. These experiences shaped my passion for applying AI and data-driven solutions to empower people and industries

I had the opportunity to study as an exchange student at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden, focusing on Computer Science and Media Technology. During my time at KTH, I worked on projects involving Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Music Data Mining, deepening my knowledge of AI and data-driven solutions in creative domains. I also enrolled in an entrepreneurship course at the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship, where I gained valuable insights into startup building and innovation from a European perspective. This experience broadened my global outlook and strengthened my passion for creating impactful, technology-driven solutions.
