1)Responsible for the overall management of the company's daily business activities, to ensure business development and the internal management environment; 2)Responsible for formulate and organize the implementation of the company's over all management plan and annual work plan, and　Responsible for the completion of the objectives and annual plans; 3)Planning, guiding, coordining, controlling the functions of the departments of business development, supervising, inspecting theresponsible person effectively perform their duties, and evaluation and assessment their management; 4) Responsible for the company's project service quality monitoring, customer satisfaction survey and management objectives, indicators measurement, emergency management and control work; 5)Comprehensive control of the Department of business, service status, reasonable allocation of manpower, material resources, financial resources, the overall completion of the task targets and work plans; 6) To strengthen the construction of staff, concerned about the staff thought, work, life, to help employees solve practical difficulties, improve the appeal and cohesion of the staff team; 7). Coordinate and build relationship with relevant government departments to ensure good external environment; 8) The exercise of other powers granted by the general manager of the company.

1) Coordinate with GM to draft and fixed the Annual business budget under the BOD guide 2) Participate at Daily operation administration of Haier America. E.g. Budget execution control, account receivable and stock risk control; 3) Participate at Organization Regroup within sales, finance, HR, logistics and after sales service department; establishing job description and position adjustment plan according to the market strategy; 4) Leading all the departments to establish KPI evaluation plan and performance management system; 5) Implementing the basic management rule of oversea company from headquarter in China such as expense control system; 6) Risk management of the company by co-work with local profession form (PWC or Troutman)

1)To supervise OTCs’ performance and make pre-management on their operation risk 2)To supervise the key person of OTCs by MBO (management by objectives) 3)To set up own-made oversea management platform and procedure 4)Conduct the oversea audit and implement the post –audit management 5)Operation Team building up
