Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning,scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; communicating, planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures. To control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation, minimizing waste, ensuring high quality preparation. To do daily, weekly and monthly inventory. To estimate food consumption, place orders with suppliers, and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages. Resolve customer complaint about food quality and service. Direct cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain sanitation standards, and keep appropriate. Check quality of deliveries of fresh food. Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services. Recruit, hire and oversee training for staff. Schedule work hours for servers and kitchen staff. Monitor food preparation and methods. Communicate with customers and suppliers.

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the workers and resources of popular restaurant cafe. Experience gained in Managing Staff, Organization Business, Marketing, Customer Service and Interpersonal Relation.

Assisted elderly, disabled and cognitively impaired individuals with activities of daily living so that they could live within a residential, rather than institutional, setting. Experience gained included communication and interpersonal skills with people from diverse cultures and societies.

As a part of restaurant management I have a large responsibilities to the restaurant. I am the person responsible for ensuring everything runs properly. For this reason I work 6 days workweek of rotating shift approximately 8 hours a day with 1 day off.
